Our instant mushroom coffee starts as single-origin Papua New Guinea Arabica (Typica, Bourbon, and Arusha varietals grown in volcanic highland soil at 1,400-1,800 MASL), brewed and freeze-dried to lock in its character: toasted almond, a subtle berry brightness, and a soft toffee finish. Lion's Mane and Chaga are built into every serving. No brewing, no equipment. Just add hot water and stir.

What Makes This Instant Different
Most instant coffee is commodity Robusta, spray-dried at high heat until the origin character is gone. Ours is single-origin Arabica from one growing region, freeze-dried gently so the cup still tastes like where it came from. And because our blend stays 90% coffee by weight, it drinks like coffee first: the mushrooms round out the cup rather than replacing it.
